soc/intel/alderlake: Fix ACPI name for DPTF
The correct ACPI device for DPTM is TCPU; fixing this puts the participant devices under the correct parent device, and allows Windows to properly go into S0ix. TEST=builb/boot Win11 on google/banshee, verify Si0x functional.
