soc/intel/alderlake: Increase cbmem buffer size for the debug image
Currently most of the FSP debug messages (when enabled) are truncated due to insufficient size of cbmem buffer. Increase premem cbmem console size to 0x16000 bytes and cbmem buffer size to 0x100000 bytes so that cbmem buffer can contain most of the debug logs when FSP debug messages are enabled. TEST=Verify output of 'cbmem -c' when FSP debug messages are enabled but MRC debug message.
