mb/google/dedede/var/blipper: Enable ELAN touchscreen

Modify driver from hid to generic(ELAN0001 that used
generic driver without hid).

BUG=b:191620724
BRANCH=dedede
TEST=build bios and boot, touchscreen will work properly.
