Makefile.inc: Also print layout at end of build

Currently, at the end of a build `CBFSPRINT` prints the content of all
CBFS regions. This is confusing, as they are identical. To avoid
confusion print the layout beforehand.

> layout [-w] – List mutable (or, with -w, readable) image regions
