soc/intel/cannonlake: Enable HDA driver support

This patch selects common HDA driver and adds audio controller device id
to enable audio on coffee lake platforms.

BUG= None
TEST= boot to yocto linux and windows os on CFL RVP11 & RVP8, verified audio
      functionalities.
