AMD f14 vendorcode: Fix warning

Add brackets around initializer in #define for
PCIE_DDI_DATA_INITIALIZER to fix the warning:
  PlatformGnbPcie.c:89, GNU Compiler 4 (gcc), Priority: Normal
  missing braces around initializer [-Wmissing-braces]

This warning happens for Inagua and South Station
