mb/google/nissa/var/yaviks: Extend sd_hold for touchpad/touchscreen 

Extend sd_hold to meet touchpad/touchscreen SPEC.

touchscreen:
  tHD > 0.2 us
touchpad:
  0.3 us < tHD < 0.9 us

After applied the change, the tHD meets reqirement.
touchscreen:
   0.056 us -> 0.28 us
touchpad:
   0.056 us -> 0.384 us
