sb/intel/lynxpoint/me_9.x.c: Constify string array 

Jenkins complains about `const char *` and says it should instead be
changed to `const char *const`. So, change it so that Jenkins is happy.

Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Asrock B85M Pro4 does not change.
