soc/amd/picasso/agesa_acpi: use acpi_align_current to align CRAT & IVRS
This changes the alignment of the CRAT and IVRS tables from 8 bytes to 16 bytes. TEST=Mandolin still boots Linux and the position and size of the ACPI tables in memory shown by dmesg hasn't changed.
