mb/google/octopus: update variant VBTs 

Remove flag in VBTs for 'Use fixed resolution at boot' to allow FSP/GOP
display init to use native panel resolution instead.

TEST=build/boot multiple google/octopus variants with edk2 payload,
verify boot logo not distorted/stretched.
