drivers/intel/fsp2_0: Retype loop variable from int to uint32_t 

Retype loop variable `i` to `uint32_t` for consistency with the types of
the `number_of_phases` and `phase_index` struct fields and the parameter
of the `platform_fsp_multi_phase_init_cb()` function.
