cbfstool: Extract payload in ELF

Implement function that automatically converts a SELF payload,
extracted from the CBFS, into an ELF file.

The code has been tested on the following payloads:
Working: GRUB, FILO, SeaBIOS, nvramcui, coreinfo and tint
Currently not working: none
