mb/system76/addw1: Disable SaOcSupport

Typically we set SaOcSupport to allow overclocking RAM, but addw2 saw a
high rate of errors when using the provided 3200 MHz DIMMs. Disable OC
so modules run at the standard 2933 MHz.
