Maximilian Brune 9d475bf6de libpayload/arch/x86: Update API handling of CBTABLE handoff
The payload API of coreboot described in
https://www.coreboot.org/Payload_API does not reflect the current
handoff mechanism to hand the coreboot tables off. Therefore the
arguments supplied by coreboot (cbtable) will currently never be parsed
correctly and libpayload has to search for the coreboot tables by
iterating through memory.

This patch removes the old payload API implementation and just takes the
coreboot table pointer from the first argument on the stack.

Tested: started prodrive/atlas with coreinfo payload

Michael Walle 32b13131c1 libpayload: arm64: silence libpayload main entry
No other architecture in libpayload outputs anything in the main entry
routine. Let alone an exception test which looks like a real exception
to the normal user and is most likely really misleading. Silence the
startup code.

Patrick Georgi 6b5bc77c9b treewide: Remove "this file is part of" lines
Stefan thinks they don't add value.

Command used:
sed -i -e '/file is part of /d' $(git grep "file is part of " |egrep ":( */\*.*\*/\$|#|;#|-- | *\* )" | cut -d: -f1 |grep -v crossgcc |grep -v gcov | grep -v /elf.h |grep -v nvramtool)

The exceptions are for:
 - crossgcc (patch file)
 - gcov (imported from gcc)

perl -pi -e 's,ifndef (CONFIG_LP_.+?)\b,if !IS_ENABLED\($1\),g' `find . -name *.[ch]`

Furquan Shaikh 39292638af libpayload arm64: Initialize and enable MMU
What this change does:
1) Initialize limited page tables as soon as we jump into libpayload. Basically
two ranges are initialized. One is for the BASE_ADDRESS and other is for the
coreboot_tables. With page tables initialized and MMU enabled, we jump into
code to parse coreboot tables.
2) Once coreboot tables are parsed and we have complete picture of the memory,
we perform a complete page table initialzation and enable MMU and then jump to
payload.

Additionally, we also:
1) Initialize DMA memory on our own depending upon the memory map. It ensures
that the DMA buffer is placed in 32-bit memory.
