4677f6bbfa lib/bootmem: tightly couple bootmem_init to bootmem_write_memory_table
In https://review.coreboot.org/25383 people were confused about the
ordering of bootmem calls w.r.t. when entries are exposed to the OS. To
alleviate this add a notion of bootmem being initialized. In addition to
that, only mark bootmem initialized when bootmem_write_memory_table() is
called. Any other calls to bootmem before that will report an error on
the console.

d4afa938c3 lib/bootmem: allow architecture specific bootmem ranges
A architecture-specific function, named bootmem_arch_add_ranges(),
is added so that each architecture can add entries into the bootmem
memory map. This allows for a common write_tables() implementation
to avoid code duplication.

a73b93157f tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.

This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

4904802efc coreboot: introduce notion of bootmem for memory map at boot
The write_coreboot_table() in coreboot_table.c was already using
struct memrange for managing and building up the entries that
eventually go into the lb_memory table. Abstract that concept
out to a bootmem memory map. The bootmem concept can then be
used as a basis for loading payloads, for example.
