EFS: Embedded Firmware Structure
These structs and macros are defined in PSP specs(#55758).
They are supposed to be used by all C sources.

Add the stdint.h header, and drop the GLIBC section from amdfwtool.h to build this tool on FreeBSD as well as Linux.
