6b5bc77c9b treewide: Remove "this file is part of" lines
Stefan thinks they don't add value.

Command used:
sed -i -e '/file is part of /d' $(git grep "file is part of " |egrep ":( */\*.*\*/\$|#|;#|-- | *\* )" | cut -d: -f1 |grep -v crossgcc |grep -v gcov | grep -v /elf.h |grep -v nvramtool)

The exceptions are for:
 - crossgcc (patch file)
 - gcov (imported from gcc)
 - elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
 - nvramtool (more complicated header)

The removed lines are:
- fmt.Fprintln(f, "/* This file is part of the coreboot project. */")

79dfa909bb superio: Replace D1/D2 power states with D3
Spec says if any object to control the power state exists, at least
D0 and D3 must be supported. And it seems Windows complains about the
missing D3 support: https://ticket.coreboot.org/issues/257

Windows reported `*** STOP: 0x000000A5` with the first parameter
`0x000000000000000D` (refers to a missing ACPI object) and the
third parameter `0x000000003353505F` which is the name of the
object in ASCII, little-endian (`_PS3`).

74d8ed0cb8 superio/acpi/pnp.asl: Fix PNP_READ_DMA/PNP_WRITE_DMA macros
These macros, broken since day one, should CreateByteField instead
of CreateWordField. Without the fix, any ASLs that try to use it
will fail to compile with a "ResourceTag smaller than Field"
warning.

eeef6459a3 superio/acpi: allow 3 I/O ranges on generic device
Some Super I/O logical devices have three I/O port ranges, such as the
GPIO on the IT8720F. Allow specifying a third I/O range. While here, fix
a typo in the I/O range description.

a73b93157f tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.

This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

dd94fa93b4 winbond/w83627dhg: Fix logical device power down in ACPI
The W83627DHG has some power managements bits to power down individual
logical devices. These are called `* Power Down`. Counterintuitively and
in contrast to `Immediate Power Down` (bit to power down the whole chip),
these bits are set when the respective logical device is powered.

Unfortunately, our ACPI code set them wrong which led to disabled
devices after a S3 suspend/resume. Adding an option how to set the PM
bits and setting them to zero for the W83627DHG, corrects it.

Tested with kontron/ktqm77.

ae7c96889f Start ACPI framework for PnP (super i/o) devices
I'm trying to make writing ACPI code for super i/o devices more
comfortable.

pnp.asl hosts some general cpp macros.

The other four files are to be included in dsdt trees. They are
controlled by cpp macros which should be defined/undefined before
inclusion.

Work was inspired by Christoph Grenz' ACPI code for the W83627HF.
