Stefan Reinauer	14e2277962	Since some people disapprove of white space cleanups mixed in regular commits ... while others dislike them being extra commits, let's clean them up once and for all for the existing code. Carl-Daniel Hailfinger	2ee6779a64	The ARRAY_SIZE macro is convenient, yet mostly unused. Switch lots of ... code to use it. That makes the code more readable and also less error-prone. Abuild tested.
