FreeBSD doesn't have ENODATA defined, so the cbootimage utility wouldn't
build. It looks like the BSDs use ENOATTR in the same fashion, so
update the error to use that.

Add the flags used by the Nvidia makefile and use HOSTCC
to build cbootimage. Note that adding -g makes the BCT
very large, so leave that flag out.

It brings in useless dependencies, a weird autotools
configuration, and tons of pain everywhere.
Instead just build things ourselves.
