Within procedure arch_write_tables, the pointer "rom_table_end" is updated
every time a table is created. However, after creating last table, pointer
rom_table_end is not used, though it is updated. Add a "(void)rom_table_end;"
at the end to avoid the static analysis error.

Introduce bootmem custom memory tags and use them instead of reusing
LB_MEM tags.
Use asserts in bootmem_add_range to verify parameters.

In commit c06a3f72 (arch/x86: initialize EBDA in S3 and S0/S5 path),
BDA and EBDA are wiped in the resume path. It results in coreboot
forwarding table address being wiped out since it is stored in the
BDA. This issue was resolved for platforms using EARLY_EBDA_INIT in
commit f46a9a0d (arch/x86: restore forwarding table on resume for
EARLY_EBDA_INIT). However platforms that do not use EARLY_EBDA_INIT
still run into the same issue and hence cbmem does not work on
resume. This change fixes the issue by using the stash/restore of
forwarding table address for all platforms using BDA.

In commit c06a3f72 (arch/x86: initialize EBDA in S3 and S0/S5 path)
the BDA and EBDA are wiped in the resume path. However, the coreboot
table forwarding entry wasn't taken into account so that was wiped
which resulted in cbmem not working on the resume path. Fix this
by stashing the forwarding table in cbmem and restoring it on
the resume path.

In order to de-duplicate common patterns implement one write_tables()
function. The new write_tables() replaces all the architecture-specific
ones that were largely copied. The callbacks are put in place to
handle any per-architecture requirements.

A architecture-specific function, named bootmem_arch_add_ranges(),
is added so that each architecture can add entries into the bootmem
memory map. This allows for a common write_tables() implementation
to avoid code duplication.

In addition to being consistent with all other architectures,
all chipsets support cbmem so the low coreboot table path is
stale and never taken. Also it's important to note the memory
written in to that low area of memory wasn't automatically
reserved unless that path was taken. To that end remove
low coreboot table support for x86.

There were quite a number of #if/#endif guards in the
write_tables() code. Clean up that function by splitting
up the subcomponents into their own individual functions.
The same ordering and logic is kept maintained.
The changes also benefit the goal of using a common core
write_tables() logic so that other architectures don't
duplicate large swaths of code.

Instead of hard coding a #define in each architecture's
tables.c for the coreboot table size in cbmem use a Kconfig
varible. This aids in aligning on a common write_tables()
implementation instead of duplicating the code for each
architecture.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

It never made sense to have bootblock_* in init, but
pirq_routing.c in boot, and some ld scripts on the main
level while others live in subdirectories.
This patch flattens the directory hierarchy and makes
x86 more similar to the other architectures.
