DSDT can be bigger than 0x10000 bytes, so increase the space up to 1MB
for an ACPI table and support lines in acpidump.log with address
higher than 0x10000.

acpidump now creates dumps with 4 spaces instead of 2 in front of the hex dump,
so be a bit smarter about the input with regexp.
Tested with X220 autoport logs: Still creates the same coreboot code.

Previously I tried to see if Linux think that port 0x60 is in use by keyboard.
Unfortunately it always thinks that it is. Instead just base off real input
busses used.
