b0f81518b5 chromeos mainboards: remove chromeos.asl
Use the ACPI generator for creating the Chrome OS gpio
package. Each mainboard has its own list of Chrome OS
gpios that are fed into a helper to generate the ACPI
external OIPG package. Additionally, the common
chromeos.asl is now conditionally included based on
CONFIG_CHROMEOS.

a73b93157f tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.

This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

954a55b950 gma ACPI: Make brightness levels a per board setting
Those are actually board specific. Keep the old value as defaults,
though. The defaults are included by all affected boards.

6f499069e8 sandy/ivy: Fix PIRQs on Chromebooks
This partially reverts commit 33b535f1. After this commit, samsung/lumpy had its
internal USB EHCI controller broken, with no assigned IRQ.

PIRQA-PIRQH may be wired as edge-triggered interrupts, making them exclusive
for the GPIO to use. They cannot be used for PCI devices at the same time.

b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

d2e0e29b16 Intel based boards: Use tab instead of spaces to align comment in DSDT
Mainboards using `COREBOOT` as their OEM Table ID in their DSDT
header were copied from the same source and therefore had spaces
instead of a tab to align that comment for that header field. These
are mostly Intel based boards.

Fix that in accordance with the coding style [1].
