Iru Cai d46a3502b6 ec/hp/kbc1126: change the default offset of the blobs ... Using Kconfig options USE_OPTION_TABLE, BOOTBLOCK_NORMAL makes the bootblock to 4200 bytes, so the offsets of these blobs need to be put at a lower address.
