Zheng Bao 0e3d18b130 amdfwtool: Add combo index and combo config table ... For now, combo index is 0, and only the first entry in config table is used. The index will grow when there are more combo entries. Add a command parameter to give fw.cfg for combo index 1. Process the combo config in the future loop.
