Patrick Georgi 1e44c3ff5a Fix lint-stable target ... SEABIOS_PS2_TIMEOUT needs a default, otherwise the "allyesconfig" target hangs in an endless loop. The given default is correctly overridden by the (currently sole) user, the lenovo/x60 target.
