The Geode video driver will require a number of support functions, including udelay(), PCI bus walking and MSRs. This adds those functions in preparation for the actual code. This is libpayload, a minimal library to support standalone payloads that can be booted with firmware like coreboot. It handles the setup code, and provides common C library symbols such as malloc() and printf(). Please see the sample/ directory for an example of the payload in action.
