Gabe Black 4938a329ee ARM: Add some missing dependencies on config.h to ARM's Makefile.inc. ... These dependencies came indirectly through kconfig.h which was included automatically with a -include option which was either part of INCLUDES or specified directly. With this change, I'm able to build for beaglebone with make -j 48.
