Martin Kepplinger 9f3aa702a9 payloads/seabios: Update the stable git hash of 1.12.1 ... The Kconfig file has been updated to show 1.12.1 but this is only what gets displayed for the "stable" option. Fix this by updating the actual git hash for the SeaBIOS 1.12.1 release tag.
