Mackenzie May 9bd9362ae6 crossgcc: upgrade Expat from 2.2.9 to 2.4.1 Versions of expat before 2.4.0 have been renamed to prevent their use, due to some kind of vulnerability. without updating this dependency it is currently not possible to build crossgcc with GDB.
