Patrick Georgi c1a75b13c3 buildgcc: Add option to use ccache 
This mimicks abuild: -y enables ccache.

known working:
  i386-elf
  x86_64-elf
  powerpc-elf
  mipsel-elf

known broken:
  alpha-elf
  arm-elf
  powerpc64-elf
