Patrick Georgi 3bff5d9064 crossgcc: Add buildsystem support for aarch64 compiler 
This adds the crosstools-aarch64 and crossgcc-aarch64
make rules to create a toolchain (with or without gdb)
for AArch64 targets.

Also adapt xcompile, since it's aarch64-elf.

This is a cross toolchain builder for -elf toolchains (ie. no libc support)

known working:
  i386-elf
  x86_64-elf
  powerpc-elf
  mipsel-elf
  armv7a-eabi

known broken:
  alpha-elf
  arm-elf
  powerpc64-elf
