Kyösti Mälkki 15c4ab7adf Move select MMCONF_SUPPORT under northbridge 
Move/remove MMCONF_SUPPORT reference under mainboard Kconfig, as
that feature originates from northbridge and cannot be disabled
for a single mainboard.
