Felix Held 2b01e97c6f soc/amd/common/block/acpi/cppc: drop outdated comment ... Since commit d5ab24cd48 ("soc/amd/common/acpi/cppc: add nominal and minimum frequencies") the fields that got added in CPPC version 3 get populated, so remove the now outdated comment about the fields added in version 3 always being set to CPPC_UNSUPPORTED.
