- Properly set LINES and COLS, needed for a real curses application. - Implement notimeout() and wtimeout(), which are trivial. - Implement a dummy flushinp() for now as it's needed by a curses application I'm porting, will be replaced by something useful later. This is libpayload, a minimal library to support standalone payloads that can be booted with firmware like coreboot. It handles the setup code, and provides common C library symbols such as malloc() and printf(). Please see the sample/ directory for an example of the payload in action.
