website: pages: Get GNU Boot: separate install from upgrade.
This enables to later on have some separation between the first installation which typically requires to open the computer or at least need a special procedure like for I945 ThinkPads, with upgrade instructions that just require to run 'flashrom -p internal -w <gnuboot-image>'.
