Without that fix, 'sudo resources/dependencies/pureos-10' results in
the following issue:
Finished [=========================]
Command failed: Expected package name, actually got file.
Try using 'pkcon install-local libtool' instead.
And with this patch the command above works fine:
Finished [=========================]
