thirdpartydeps.cmake: Fix wrong reference to minizip

Findminizip.cmake does not define MINIZIP_LIBRARY, but
minizip_LIBRARIES. Ideally, minizip::minizip should be used instead, but
that seems not to work for some unknown reason.
