mb/google/dedede/variants/waddledoo: Adjust I2Cs CLK to meet spec 

After adjustment on waddledoo
Touch Pad CLK: 392.9 KHz
Touch Screen CLK: 387.4 KHz
Audio CLK: 350.9 KHz
