mb/google/poppy/variants/rammus: Support new onboard Micron memory 

Add micron_dimm_MT52L256M32D1PF-107 for new onboard memory support.

TEST=emerge-rammus coreboot chromeos-ec chromeos-bootimage
Flash FW to DUT, and make sure system boots up.
