ec/purism/librem: fix topstar driver ERAM mapping
Correct the offset for the Topstar driver enable/disable bit, which was off by 2 bits compared to a dump of the AMI UEFI ACPI. This prevents the fan mode (FANM) from being inadvertently changed and hopefully fixes some intermittent issues with fan speed on resume from suspend.
