arch/x86: Add files needed for C environment bootblock on x86
This provides symbols needed by CBFS and FMAP APIs, and allows running run_romstage() in an x86 bootblock. Note that console-related files are not added in this patch, as they are not essential for the functinality on an x86 environment bootbock.
