soc/intel/mtl: Add missing claimed memory regions

This CL adds claimed memory regions that were missing for the
resource allocator. See commit ca741055e6 ("soc/intel/adl: Add
missing claimed memory regions") for details.

TEST=Booted rex and saw the previously missing ranges getting added

from AP Log (with this CL):
