soc/amd/common/block/spi: Enable host burst to 4 DWORD when using DMA
Disabling the 4 DWORD bursts causes SPI DMA operations to stall, so leave it enabled when SPI DMA is used. BUG=b:194919326 TEST=Build and boot to OS in Guybrush.
