amd/stoneyridge: Enable BERT table generation
Add a duplicate ACPI_BERT symbol with a 'y' default setting and additional help text. BUG=b:65446699 TEST=inspect BERT region, and dmesg, on full patch stack. Use test data plus a failing Grunt system.
