mb/google/brya/var/taniks: Modify DPA value to 100 for taniks 

In order to meet the OEM's acoustic specifications, the pre-wake
randomization time (DPA) is set to 100.

BUG=b:228410327
TEST=build FW and checked DPA value by fsp log.
