google/grunt: Correct mismatch character hynix-H5ANAG6NAMR-UH.spd.hex SPD file Module Part Number 

Correct to add Ram_ID=0b0001 SPD Module Part Number mismatch last alphabet 'C'
to "H5ANAG6NAMR-UHC".
