asrock/e350m1: Remove unused file `acpi/smbus.asl`

Commit 8d80a3fb (ASRock DSDT: Split the ASRock DSDT) creates the file
`acpi/smbus.asl` in the board directory, but includes the identical
southbridge file in `dsdt.asl`.

So, the file is actually unused. Therefore remove it.
