mb/siemens/mc_apl1: Add new mainboard variant mc_apl7
This patch adds a new mainboard variant called mc_apl7 which is based on mc_apl4. So far only the names have been adjusted with no further changes. Following commits will introduce the needed changes for this mainboard variant.
