google/buddy: adjust CID for realtek audio codec
Adjust CID to allow for Windows driver to attach without breaking functionality under Linux. Same change made as to google/cyan (which uses same Realtek RT5650 codec) in commit 607d72b. Test: build/boot Windowns 10 on google/buddy, observe audio drivers correctly attached to codec and Intel SST devices.
