soc/intel/broadwell: Drop unused PSS macros
These macros were used to generate ACPI P-state entries, but Broadwell now uses Haswell CPU code. These macros are unused and can be removed. Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Purism Librem 13 v1 remains identical.
